How to Place Order?

We currently do not offer an exchange facility. However, you can return an item by contacting us directly. For more details about your return, please check our Returns Policy. Our customer services are still there for you, to answer any questions you may have.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If your payment is not processed or is pending, the order may get canceled automatically.

To request a cancellation, you must inform us through a clear statement. Once the order enters the shipping process, cancellation is not possible
